Mousse de cocada mole com pedaços
Ingredientes
4 xícaras (chá) de coco ralado
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
2 xícaras (chá) de leite
1 lata de creme de leite
1 colher (sopa) de gelatina em pó sem sabor
400g de chantilly pronto
Coco ralado para decorar
Modo de preparo
Em uma panela, coloque o coco, o açúcar e o leite e leve ao fogo médio, mexendo, por 5 minutos ou até obter ponto de cocada mole. Desligue o fogo e acrescente o creme de leite e a gelatina preparada conforme instruções da embalagem. Deixe esfriar e acrescente o chantilly. Coloque em uma taça grande, decore com coco ralado, leva à geladeira por 1 hora e sirva.
