Maria-mole com ganache
Ingredientes
2 caixas de pó para maria mole
Manteiga para untar
2 xícaras (chá) de chocolate meio amargo picado
1 caixa de creme de leite (200g)
1 xícara (chá) de coco ralado grosso
Modo de preparo
Prepare a maria mole conforme as instruções da embalagem, espalhe em uma fôrma de 22cm x 30cm untada e leve à geladeira por 4 horas. Derreta o chocolate meio amargo em banho-maria e misture com o creme de leite até ficar homogêneo. Espalhe sobre a maria mole e alise bem. Polvilhe com o coco ralado, corte em pedaços e sirva.
