Pudim de café com calda de chocolate
Ingredientes:
1 lata de leite condensado
2 e 1/3 de xícaras (chá) de leite
3 ovos
2 colheres (sopa) de café solúvel
Margarina para untar
Calda
3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
1 xícara (chá) de leite
1 gema
4 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó
3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
Modo de preparo:
Bata todos os ingredientes do pudim no liquidificador.
Despeje em uma fôrma de buraco no meio de 22 cm de diâmetro untada.
Leve ao forno médio, em banho-maria, por 45 minutos.
Deixe esfriar e leve à geladeira por 2 horas.
Para a calda, coloque os ingredientes em uma panela e leve ao fogo médio.
Mexa por 15 minutos ou até engrossar.
Desenforme o pudim, regue com a calda e sirva.
