Mousse de Ovomaltine®
Ingredientes
1 lata de leite condensado
4 colheres (sopa) de achocolatado em flocos tipo Ovomaltine®
1 lata de creme de leite (300g)
2 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó
1/2 xícara (chá) de leite
1 envelope de gelatina em pó sem sabor
Achocolatado em flocos tipo Ovomaltine® para montar e polvilhar
Modo de preparo
No liquidificador, bata o leite condensado, o Ovomaltine®, o chocolate em pó, o leite e a gelatina preparada conforme as instruções da embalagem. Em copos ou taças individuais, faça uma camada com a mousse, polvilhe o Ovomaltine® por cima, faça mais uma camada de mousse e leve à geladeira por 2 horas. Retire polvilhe com Ovomaltine® novamente e sirva em seguida.
