A partir desta quinta-feira, 3, o vestido de noiva que a princesa Diana usou em seu casamento com o príncipe Charles, em 1981, estará em exposição aberta ao público em Londres.
A peça criada pelos estilistas Elizabeth e David Emmanuel foi cedida pelos príncipes William e Harry, filhos de Lady Di, à mostra Royal Style in the Making. A veste ficou conhecida por ter a maior cauda da realeza, cerca de oito metros.
A mostra ocorre no Palácio de Kensington e tratará da relação entre os estilistas e a família real britânica. A exposição, que também traz esboços inéditos, fotografias e outros looks, está aberta até dia 2 de janeiro de 2022.
Princesa Diana, que completaria 60 anos no próximo dia 1º de julho, separou-se de Charles em 1992 – com divórcio em 1996 – depois que ambos reconheceram casos extraconjugais. Ela morreu em um acidente de carro em Paris, em agosto de 1997, aos 36 anos.
