Cookie Vegano
Ingredientes
10g ou 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de linhaça dourada
45g ou 3 colheres (sopa) de água
120g ou 1/2 xícara de pasta de tahine ou pasta de amendoim (usei pasta de amendoim que eu mesma fiz em casa)
1,3g ou 1/2 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
45g ou 1/4 xícara de açúcar demerara ou mascavo
gotas de chocolate ou pedaços de chocolate (pra ser vegano e sem lactose, tem que ser chocolate 100% cacau)
Modo de preparo
Preaqueça o forno a 180°C. Misture todos os ingredientes até obter uma massa homogênea. Com a massa, faça bolinhas médias. Asse os cookies sobre um papel manteiga (ou silpat) até dourar por aproximadamente 20 minutos. Sirva da maneira que preferir!
